SCUTI is a web-based maintenance platform that allows users to manage devices, make profile changes, and schedule firmware updates remotely (OTA).


Using Scuti, you can schedule changes for both device firmware and their profiles. The system operates in the background, so during the update process, the device will continue to report to its tracking server and can be used normally without impacting its functionality. Devices compatible with this system report once every 24 hours to check if there are any scheduled operations. At that point, the transaction begins. If the upgrade cannot be completed, the system will automatically make up to 3 retries.
